Relaunch and subsequent further development of an onlineshop for B2B customers in the furniture sector.
About the Project
Together with GO IN, a B2B furniture company, the online store goin.de was redesigned and implemented. The challenge was to make the website modern and user-friendly for B2B customers and not to lose the clarity despite the large selection and customizability of the furniture.The Team consisted of two UX Designer, four development engineers, one projectmanager and the customers.

In the first step, a concept was created with the help of user-centered methods and a workshop with the client that focused on the requirements, needs and flow of the users. The user interface design was created with the design tool Figma and then implemented.After the relaunch, potential improvements are currently being analyzed and implemented through usability tests. For this purpose, the method thinking aloud was carried out.
